The short answer is yes, all the time, all the items. I am so comfortable wearing wool and will never go back to synthetics. In fact, I cleaned out so many of my non-natural fiber clothes I found I had nothing to wear when I get my hair cut. Why does that matter?
Well, I have very fine silvery gray hair and it seems to stick to wool like glue. I always come home from the salon and jump into the shower to get rid of all those tiny little hairs that are still on my head and toss my clothes into the hamper. So I had to buy a short sleeve and long sleeve tee that I can wear for salon appointments.
Am I staying minimal in my purchases and getting the most wears out of a wool item before replacing it with something new? Afraid not. I've always liked options and a variety of colors to pick and choose from. Thanks to sales, I've continued adding to my closet.
But hey, I have sold a lot of things that were either early purchases that didn't work out or things that I just don't wear. This has allowed me to buy repeat items that I love in new colors. It also has allowed me to try new fabric make-ups like ribbed and waffle. These have turned out to be great for the current colder temps.
On a side note, hubby has been having night sweats (mostly due to his new CPAP) and I finally convince him to try wearing a thin merino tee-shirt and shorts to bed. He is sold! Yup, merino works.
